How do I clean & care for my rug? 

Clean spills immediately by blotting the affected area. If possible, avoid excessive rubbing as this may worsen the stain and fray the yarns. We recommend positioning your rug out of direct sunlight, as this can cause some rugs to fade.

Make sure to vacuum & shake both sides of the rug regularly to keep it looking fresh. Rotate the rug every 6-12 months to prevent uneven wear from furniture weight and foot traffic. 

How do I clean & care for my artwork?

To keep your canvas looking great over the years, we recommend wiping it regularly with dry or slightly wet cloth. Please refrain from using soaps, detergents, bleach, cleaning fluids or insecticides as these may ruin the water repellence and alter the colours. 

How much is the shipping?

  • Artworks = $20 shipping fee
  • Rugs = $30 shipping fee
  • Any orders over $299 = FREE shipping

How long will the shipping take? 

Most products are packed & shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Metropolitan area around mainland capital cities – 5-7 Business Days
  • NSW Central Coast and Newcastle – 7-10 Business Days
  • Far West Victoria – 7-10 Business Days
  • Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast – 7-10 Business Days
  • All other areas – 7-10 Business Days

Please note due to COVID-19 restrictions, the shipping may take a bit longer than normal. We ask for your patience and understanding during these difficult times. 

The product is not what I expected, can I return it? 

At Foxy Home, customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we want you to love our products as much as we do. That's why we introduced the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your rug (in its original condition) within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked. Simply contact us with your intention to return you rug so we can provide you with the return delivery address. The buyer pays the return shipping fee, and the product must be returned in the original packaging via a courier company together with a tracking number. Please also allow three to five working days for a refund to be processed as this will allow time for the inspection and re-packing of the rug returned.

The product is damaged / faulty, what can I do? 

If your product arrived damaged or faulty, we will happily exchange or refund in full. Simply email us on hello@foxyhomestaging.com.au with a description of the damage and a clear photo, within 14 days of delivery. If Foxy Home Staging agrees the damage is valid, we will gladly give you the option of an exchange of the same rug or a full refund.
